Our Story
Ability Esports Australia was born from a simple belief: gaming has the power to transform lives. We saw firsthand how esports could build confidence, create friendships, and open doors to careers for neurodivergent individuals—but access to quality, inclusive programs was limited.
Today, we're proud to serve over 200 participants through tailored NDIS programs, expert coaches, and world-class facilities. But we're just getting started. Our vision is to become Australia's leading accessible esports organization, proving that with the right support, everyone can level up.

2022
The Beginning
Ability Esports Australia was founded with a vision to create inclusive gaming opportunities for neurodivergent individuals in Sydney.
2023
NDIS Registration
Achieved NDIS registration and launched our first programs: Social Gaming and Esports Coaching.
2024
Expanding Programs
Added Career Pathways, SLES Program, and Capacity Building. Opened our Redfern facility with state-of-the-art gaming equipment.
2025
Growing Community
Now serving 200+ participants with 15+ coaches. Recognized as a leader in accessible esports coaching in Australia.
NDIS Registered Provider
We’re a registered NDIS provider specializing in Capacity Building supports. Our programs can be funded under categories including Improved Daily Living Skills, Improved Relationships, and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).
